It was bored for fitting 18650 battery. Unprotected Sanyo 2600mAh is fit(inner diameter is 18.5mm).
I don't know is it fit for other batteries but check here.
The condition is bad. Check conditions from here. Because some mistakes were happened by machinist. OH MY GOD!!!!!
