The Eagletac D25C XMLU2 has 770 Lumens.
The 2013 Titanium Clicky model has Lo/Med Lion support.

The lux will describe the range of the beam, the lumens the total output.

A light with low lux but high lumens would be like a light bulb, a glow of light in a flood pattern...reducing or eliminating a hot spot.

A light with high lux but low lumens might be like a laser pointer...nothing but a bright hotspot...but little to no flood.

Those are more extreme examples, but they illustrate the difference. You can then describe the beam pattern that interests you.

I really like the Jetbeam RRT-01. It's my EDC. 500 Lumens on 1-RCR123a. Doesn't have the best beam profile but its pretty nice. Also I've gotta say the Nitecore EC1 is pretty nice. Selfbuilt reviewed it and rates it at 400 lumens on 1-RCR123a. The Jetbeam has more Lumens but the Nitecore's hotspot is brighter and throws further.

I have an EC-1 and it is a little monster. Throws so well because it has a large reflector for its body size. That being due to the pressed in lens retention ring, as opposed to a threaded ring/body. Some have had leakage issues with them. But mine are not dive lights.

Just for those who don't know:

A 16340 is a 4.2v Lithium Ion (Li-Ion) rechargeable RCR123 battery.

The RCR123 battery category can also include 3.0v LiFePo and 3.0v Li-Ion batteries (Tenergy).

Obviously, the 16340 cell is going to give you max brightness in direct drive.
