I had to share....

I was working on one of my P60 drop-ins (they use nice and heavy copper). Anyway I was seated in my chair and was holding the drop-in over my lap as I worked. The drop-in slipped and started falling towards the gap between my legs. Knowing that things tend to bounce off the chair (leather...probably fake) I instinctively closed my legs to catch the drop-in to stop it bouncing. I was too slow and well....no other way to say it my right man-part took all of the impact. That's what I get for working in my PJs.

Small but heavy object and direct impact. My head hit the desk faster than I could swear.

I gotta stop hurting myself building flashlights (drilled through my finger a month back as well haha).

Righto, back to it I guess. I better not tell the future owner where their drop-in has been lol.

- Matt.

Even though you might think it was dumb it makes a good story so long as you weren't seriously hurt :)

Note to self: Do not buy from Matt in the near future. :nana:

In all seriousness, it could've been worse. You could've been soldering and dropped something...
