MN02 vs. MN03 \"winelight\" questions

Guys I am seriously considering purchasing one or more of the E2W "winelights" from Bulldogs excellent deal for gifts. Just how much dimmer is an MN02 vs a MN03? Is the MN02 signifcantly brighter then an MN01? In all cases I would prefer a KL1 to an MN01 so I would hope the MN02 is quite a bit brighter.

Is there any more available information on the winelights? I find no mention of them on the Surefire web site.

Re: MN02 vs. MN03

Surefire shows the MN series lamps at
MN01 (E1) as 15 Lumens
MN02 (E2O) as 25 Lumens
MN03 (E2E) as 60 Lumens

I would agree with that. The MN02 is about twice as much light as my E1 and about 1/2 as much as the E2E puts out with the MN03. You can put the MN03 in the E2W if you want more light.

Re: MN02 vs. MN03

For the "average user", the MN02 should be sufficient and it won't sacrafice runtime. This will be important as well as a spare set or two of batt's.
