Hi there. I am a proud owner of a Nitecore TM-15 but I recently had a small accident, it fell out of my pocket and hit the pavement when walking. The light seems to work as before, and visualy it made only minor scratches that are barely visable a few places. But the bezelring is another matter, it must have landed on it when it impacted with the pavement. I have no problems screwing the ring from an onto the light. So I am trying to get a new bezelring, but it seems I cant contact nitecore. I am trying to email [email protected] but only get an failure notice from [email protected] the second I send the email. Is that an invalid email address? I am pretty sure the problem is not on my end (can send email fine to other emails) Have anyone here been in contact with nitecore through that email address recently?
