Firstly, I have searched the forums several times (at least 6 different search phrases) and couldn't find my answer, so I made this post.
I'm trying to find a good daily carry flashlight with 500+ lumens.
I was at a gun show and saw a cool light that had a telescopic head. When pushed in the beam was a nice flood and when pulled out all the way it focused to throw mode with a square beam. It was fairly compact and took 1x 18650 battery. The price was $42 but I decided not to buy. I am kicking myself for not noting the maker or model#.. and the gun show is over.
Becuase I don't know the make or model, I have searched google for terms like "500lm zoom telescopic head 18650" and found this:

The main difference is that the one at the gun show had a tail button and looked a little different. But it did have the convex lens like that one.

This one is similar with the convex lens, click tail button, square focus beam and the little zoom scale you see in picture 2, but seems larger in dimensions.
Do you have any suggestions or links for a flashlight like I described?
