I'm not really sure where she got it but yeah, it's real neat! It states at the back that it puts out 270lm but I'm not sure if that's accurate at all. It's the floodiest light I have at the moment. The tint is surprisingly warm, too!

Yup, did a search myself, aparently they sell for $30 on some website. Good news is that there's no sign of PWM! Not bad for a cheapo light. I use this often when helping my wife clear my son's room of toys while he's sleeping which are usually littered all over the floor. Doesn't disturb him as much as when I switch his room lights on.
