I was "shopping" on some different websites and see that the LED is listed, but I have no idea what the difference of a cree q5 and a cree t6 is?
Is there a chart that shows different LEDs and max imum lumens, power consuption, etc.?
I did see the photos that show the differnt LEDs, but was looking for a current list of outputs vs power consuption.

Bleh. First, shop on better sites. Technically, Q5 and T6 are brightness bins. Broadly speaking, each brightness bin (Q5, R2, R3, R4, R5, T2...T6) is 7% brighter. But in fact, you're also mixing your LEDs. You've got an (XR-E or XP-E) vs an XM-L (Most likely).

A Letter then Number is a brightness bin.
A number then a letter is a tint bin.
Two letters and a hyphenated letter is an LED model.

Here's a rundown of the Cree LEDs.

Major Crees, in order of awesomeness (And generally least to most efficient, and smallest to largest).

XR-E: Extreme Range Extra (Most throw). 1 amp, 200 lumen.
XP-E: Extreme Punch Extra (Plenty of throw). 1.5 amp, 300 lumen.
MC-E: Mighty Clump Extreme (Four LEDs together). 500 lumen.
XP-G: Extreme Power Grande (Big power. Less throw than the above). 2 amp, 500 lumen.
XM-L: Extreme Mega Light (Huge power. Less throw). 3 amp, 1000 lumen.

IF you see XP-G2, it's basically the XP-G but magically 20% brighter. The same is true of the XR-E, XP-E, and XM-L.

there are also some oddballs like the MK-R, XB-D, and so on.
