microstream beam quality in a 18650 light?

I love the beam quality and throw I get from my SL microstream/10440. It throws 75 yards with a perfect beam (no rings). Why is it so difficult to find a 18650/2×r123 sized light with these same qualities. I thought the Crelant V9CS might come close, but it has noticeable rings.Does anyone know of a flashlight or P60 drop in that has these qualities?
