I just got a couple of Lux-III stars in. I have already removed the first one from the star (it didn't take nearly as much bending of the heatsink as 1-watt stars required in my experience). Now that it's off the star, I notice that the familiar tabs (one with the notch, one with the hole) to indicate whihc side is + and which is - have been replaced by two smaller idnetical tabs, both with neither a notch nor a hole. Now what? BTW, the Lux-IIIs I have that came as bare emitters *do* have the notch/hole tabs.

Tyler,
On the 3W stars that I have the anode (+) side's tabs are longer than the cathode (-). These are SX1K's that I got from Wayne at Elektro.
