Is this a flashlight?

Hey guys! I recently came across this video, and at the 1:14 mark the camera zooms into what looks like a flashlight. I'm certain it's a light, but would anyone know what kind? This video shows a failed assassination attempt at a conference in Sophia (nothing graphic, gun didn't go off) but what caught my attention is this light, and who it came from.

Looks like a Klarus XT11, but not quite....it's got a wider build.

Looks like a cheapie with an aspheric lens and whatever lanyard was in the box.

The first time I saw this video, I thought the assassin was quite the snazzy dresser to have such a lousy little unmaintained gun. And to just rush up on stage like that, I'm hoping whoever paid for him didn't pay much..

Is this a flashlight?
