Wow little brothers and now a big brother too the Srt7. The P35 looks sharp, it's going to be an expensive year ;)

Nice find. I don't see the P36 in the downloadable catalog.

Nice! I see a pattern here for me. When I bought my EA4, the EC25 came out. So I when I recieved my EC25, the P25 Smilodon came out. I just got my P25 yesterday and now this??? I guess I'll continue this Nitecore "Epidemic". LOL

I'm excited to see how that rotary switch on the tail works out!

It's out! With MT-Ge emitter, 3000 lumens and active thermal management:

MT-G2, and 2000 lumens max.

The active temperature regulation looks great...I'll be waiting for a proper review to show how it actually behaves.

Typos ;)

Runtime on turbo is pretty short, ATM may not be very aggressive.

Where did you find the run time on turbo information other than the Nitecore user manual on the website catalog page? I find no mention of step down times listed. The jury is out on the active temperature management, but I think they're headed in the right direction.

For a light to produce 2000 lumens off of two 18650 cells is pretty cool in my book. The last Nitecore that wasn't as Tiny Monster light that was 2000 lumen rated was the EAX, but it ran on 8 AA batteries and is now discontinued. The catalog listed run time on turbo as 90 minutes.

There are no step down times, it uses thermal management system which reduces brightness when it's too hot. But very short runtime (45 minutes on 2x18650) means that it runs with full brightness for quite a long time.

As soon as my TM06 is delivered I'll find out how well the thermal management works. Not the same light, but at least I'll get an idea how it's going to work.

As for the P36, I'll likely also get one, actually two as a vehicle light.

You made a statement that run times on turbo were short, and that ATM may not be very aggersive, so I was wondering how you came to that conclusion.

I explained it already - short runtime. It means that there's high current draw for extended period of time.

Now nitecore really need to add few headlamps to their current selection of just 2. otherwise their current lineup of torches is pretty awesome.

This light was supposed to come out early last year and seems to have been in some sort of development hell ever since.
