Flashlight price mark-up?

Last week I recieved two Olight S10 Batons from an eBay seller out of Hong Kong. The two lights cost me US$68.00 and shipping was free. On the envelope was $28.10 worth of postage. Today I recieved an Olight S20 Baton from the same seller. I paid US$42.00 for this one with free shipping, on the envelope was $27.40 worth of stamps.

Is the mark-up on flashlights that much that they can afford to sell at these prices and include shipping? Or are the stamps denominations in some strange foreign dollar currency?
