Anyone Here live in Brisbane, Australia?

Hey all,

So, I owe my wife a Honeymoon, because we got married young and we were poor (the latter is still true, but it's been five years, so it's time for one anyways). I am planning on taking her to Brisbane because we've always wanted to go to Australia, and she loves animals, so I thought I'd take her to the world's best zoo.

Any natives around that can tell me what else I can plan for our trip, best place to stay, any other things that we "have" to do? We aren't clubbers or partiers or anything like that, so no crazy stuff. I was also thinking about shooting down to Sydney (is plane or rail better?) and do some stuff there.

Any advice or tips you could give would be greatly appreciated!

Just remember Australia is a similar area to the U.S.A. Brisbane to Sydney 920 km, 10 hours 19 mins Pacific Hwy/National Route 1.
