I have a Fenix PD20, Premium R5. This is all new to me. Are there other newer LED/heads(?) available off the shelf that I can acquire to start experimenting with my factory flashlight? Or, is there some other entry level flashlight that would provide a better base for making modifications and finding parts?
I do have a metal lathe, mill, electronic test equipment, etc. for more ambitious projects down the road.
