Sold/Expired BulliT -Ti capsule - trit capsule Battery Holder for 10180 / 14250 / RCR123 /18350

Bullet shaped battery capsule made out of Titanium. Plenty of material to mill trits. Hope this design is something different.

I have made 2 prototypes of the capsule - this will be scaled upto different battery sizes - you name your battery size and I will make it.

I intend to mill the 6 trit design on the cap similar to the spy buttons. There is plenty of options including a revolver dot design as well.

the nipple will be drilled and a split ring attached. I have not done that yet as I am giving it some thought. I have pictured a fat and thin nipple. More material on the cap for trits on thinner nipple.

The price for the capsules

10180 $35.00
10250 $50.00
16340 $65.00 (RCR cells)
18350 $75.00

I could make a longer 18650 or 18500 on request.
If you want trit slots milled I propose a milling charge of $20 for the work. Norland installation will be $5.00. The default capsules will have no trit slots unless requested at time of order.

true - medication pills, trits itself, basically anything fiddly and attach it to your key chain. I carry ink cartdges for my fountain pen and I am going to put 3 cartridges inside a fat capsule.

You should machine holes so that each piece is kept separately under the lid. Smooth.

I can mill for 1.5x6mm or 1.5mm x5mm or even 2mm
x6mm depending on design. No need to PP yet - if you make a commitment I will add you to a list and get things moving. Thanks again

I'm in for a 10180, thin nipple and max trits (1.5 x 6mm) but empty slots...

Hey Mohan, what's the largest inner diameter you can make? And could it be made with a flat bottom instead of bullet shaped?

Yes I can make custom sizes - it will just take a bit longer

I don't know really ..making a flat bottom battery capsule would have been the easiest - I wanted to make something different. I could if there was demand for it.
Largest diameter possibly 26mm battery but that will require 30mm Ti bar stock that I will have to source.

No $20 for all the trit slots within reason.

Yes I could do that. I will concentrate on Ti first but could easily do this for 50% of the cost. I would have to maintain the fat nipple scaling if it is aluminium.
