im making a dive light and just finished wiring up my cree xml u2. the problem is when it is on high it has a humming/buzzing sound. is there a problem or is this normal?

A quick google search of the forum reveals this question has been asked and answered lots of times already.
Usually, It's the inductor making the whine.
