This light is from my personal collection. I built it a while back when SST-90 first came on the scene. Its a really bright fun light, but its never seen much use so the host is still in excellent shape a few tiny nicks in the tail cap are all that can be seen.
2D black host
8.4A max 3 mode driver with memory.
Borofloat lens
NW 4500k SST-90 emitter
Britelumens heat sink
The light is fitted with a sleeve for 3 C cells. Alternatively it could be powered by 3-4 NIMH C or D cells with an extension (not included).
The heat sink sits just slightly above the normal position because of the massive heat sinking requirements for the driver board. This has no effect on appearance or focus with the head on.
