XPG 3000K beam shots. Can anyone post a comparison next to a typical incandescent?

I'm trying to decide if going warmer than 3800K is ideal.

The upsides. Downsides. I think 3800K isn't quite there yet.

Some time ago I posted a 7 Light CCT comparison. no 3800K's in there, but some 3000's and 4000's

NicE! They all look better @ 3000K. I thought the Malkoff M61WLL would be fine. But something about the 3800K kind of bothers me.
