Modding a TLR-1s weaponlight?

Okay, I know the new HL is coming out next month but I couldn't wait that long. I have the 300 lumen model but wondering if you can press out more. Is there any mods you can do to these light to just make it close to a X300 ultra?

For a tactical light, too much is too much. If you mod something to 500+ lumens, and then use it indoors, you will blind yourself from the reflections. That is why I believe SF went too far with the Fury line for its intended use.

I also consider 300 lumens to be more than enough for a pistol light. My shotty's light has a Malkoff M61LL, since the L gives too much output for my light-colored walls.

I saw a simple LED only mod that used an XP-G to replace the existing LED and did the same to mine. 15 minutes later and Voila! new life to an old light!
