Hi guys : )

I've owned my first Fenix(E25) with those grey buttons on the head for about 10 days. I've had no problem with it so far, but do you think it's a reason to worry? If you've had such Fenixes, how are those grey/rubber/head buttons lasting?

Sometimes I have the feeling that the friction, if carried in a pocket, might damage the button somehow. Though given the robustness of Fenix's flashlight in general, may be I just worry way too much.

Here is one person's experience. A member here has had an LD12 S2 with a head switch for 4.5 months. In that time it was exposed to an ice storm and vehicle battery acid and submerged in water inside a washing machine.

"During the work days it gets used a lot. I have EDC it in my front left pocket next to my wallet.
I had wondered how the side button would hold up getting rubbed in my pocket, but the button shows no signs of wear.

the forward click button on my PD32UE was a little flimsy, but the side switch was tough!.
wish a Mcclicky witch could replace the forward one maybe.
