That's mainly personal preference on battery type but I do like my EC25 button style a lot better than the covered button of the ea4. I also prefer the skinnier body style over the soup can format of the ea4.
The ea4 should have slightly more throw due to its larger diameter tho if that is something you'd prefer. Neither are big throwers but they do well for their size.
