As for the p60 question if it takes 10mm 14mm or 16mm boards yes it will work because these boards can be cut down to those sizes

Question: is the middle pad under the LED an etched circuit like the - and + pads order is this part of the copper star itself?
Its part of the copper base of the star. The center pad is raised to be the height of the solder mask.
