M620v and 17670 or 18650 batteries?

Does anyone know if you can safely run 17670 batteries in an m620v?

Does anyone know if the body can be bored out to accept 18650 batteries?

I would also be interested in the same info for the V2 Vampire light, assume the answer would be the same for both.
