C12 Build possible with MTG2?

Would it be possible to slap a MT-G2 on a 20 MM star into an Ultrafire C12 light? This light has a pretty good sized pill which screws into a solid aluminum head with lots of heat sinks. It would be going in a copper pill that has more copper inside the back and sealed with some thermal epoxy. What would be the battery requirements be and how many amps can i send up to that bad boy? I have a 5 amp driver on the way but I'm assuming it can take much more. Any ideas for the driver? I have some battery tube extenders on order already and I have some mcclicky switches.
