A 2x18650 custom and a taillight

The top one has 2 Cree xml2 u2 leds in series driven at 2amps, the bottom one is a phatlight-pt54 driven at 9 amps. Neither are finished, but I'm working on them when I have time. I've seen people's flying searchlights and i really want to build one.

This is my first version, I'm planning on making another one. Its almost completed, I just need to add a charging port and cement the lens in place.

Do you have any recommendations for attaching the plexiglass? I'm tempted to use a foam safe super glue?
I lasercut the lens and etched the surrounding area of the reflectors.

new version is alost done, hoepfully I will finish it this weekend. the leds are driven harder, 3.2 amps, and it uses carclo optics. I feel the over all fit and finish is better.
