Up for grabs is this tiny and beautiful monster light. Its condition is as new and comes with all the accessories (2x 10250 brand new batteries and 10440 battery tube incl.), original box as received and shown in pics. It sports a XML U3 w/ 2 nominal outputs of 40 and 400 lumens. Really impressive but I own two more HF lights and have to thin the collection.

I love MBI...have several of them. The same one (in black) always traveled with me. Anyone who have not tried a HF or HF-R, this is a good place to start!

Does this light run on one or two cells?
If I was to use the extension would I have to run two 10440s?

The light has two battery tubes: one for 10250 batteries (2 included in the pack) and another for 10440 batteries (no one included). One battery at a time. Any question is welcome.

The HF-R SS that compasillo is offering, is a limited edition and one of only 12 ever made in SS.
(though I made 2 extra tails just in case).

There's an excellent overview with photo's by coyote here:

Strange as it seems, I've been considering grabbing this myself.

This is a beauty but I'm thinning my collection as much as possible and don't want to keep shelf queens any more. Someone's gonna be happy giving this little monster a try.
