Photon Ultralight II info?

over at www.photonmicro.com they're selling a light called the Ultra Bright LED. Is this a new light or a ripoff? (or both). I've heard of the X-Light being the economy version of the Photon series, but this LOOKS like a Photon.
But, this isn't the REAL Photon site, correct?

Just by a quick look at the site, it appears they're selling REAL Photons, and at least one "wanna be".
I don't think the "Ultra Bright LED" is manufactured by LRI. (Checking LRI's site now...BRB...) nope I don't see it on LRI's site.

The Photons are probably genuine, but I don't know who makes or imports the Ultra Bright LED.

The ultrabright looks like a p2 knockoff.
