Best Mod for Mag or Stinger

I have read many of the posts about Mag Lites and Stinger XP or HP with Welch Allyn bulbs. My question is which mod is the best for brightness(lumens)? I am thinking about the Mag Charger with WA01160 and battery mod. Also I have seen Mag 3D with WA01185, isn't the WA01185 brighter than the WA01160? Why wouldn't you use a Mag 5D instead of 3D? Is a Stinger better to mod than a Mag? What would be brighter a Mag 3 or 5D WA01185 or a Mag Charger WA01160? I would appreciate your expert opinions cause I would like to do something.
