I bought a Fenix TK75 for a long range work light a few weeks ago and its fantastic but I've got a problem with it.

The switches are very exposed and easily activated and I cant risk this happening in my gear bag. The spec sheets state you can lock out the tailcap with a quarter turn but in fact you almost have to unscrew it completely to cut the curcuit.

Anyone got any bright ideas  for an easy fix via some sort of partial cover for the switches or indeed any other ideas?

Hmm.. well the box it comes in isn't that much longer/wider/taller than the light itself right? If you can't unscrew for lockout then can you just take the whole box and put that in your gear bag?

The box would probably double the space it takes up and my gear bag is already spilling out as it it! :)
