I had some fogging with my first Fenix TK75, dealer replaced that one with a new TK75 and problem was gone.
Is/Are the o-ring(s) in correct place? you could try sun-dry it so the moist-air inside goes away.

Thank you kj2. I'm sure about the o-ring and I just bought it today. The dealer in my country replaced a new one for me. :)

I hope the new one will not have the same problem again. I believe EAGLETAC is high quality flashlight.
