Can you identify this LED

This LED is being run at approximately 5 watts in its installation. It does not appear to be either CREE or Osram. Can anybody tell me what it is? The base measures 3.42 x 3.42 mm. The face of the base has a silvery painted appearance that can be seen in the photo below. The eight white dots on the dome are from the lighting used to take the photo. Thanks in advance!

Are you sure? It sure looks different than any of the photos I have found for the 3535. It does not have the same markings nor does it have the gold background with the cutouts as shown below.

Are you sure it's not an XP-G2? Seems extremely similar to this official pic:

You are absolutely right, thank you. My CREE rep said it wasn't a CREE part, but he's probably used to looking at the XP-G1. Definitely an XP-G-2.

I agree.
The configuration of the dots on the die, the wire bond, and the fiducials on the package indicate XP-G2.
