I was looking at dealextreme.com, and they sell lots of flashlight hosts, and also drop in modules. So you buy a part+drop in module and you are good to go.
But that is not really, making a flashlight. Its just assembling.
I was hoping to build a flashlight using 3-4 LEDs

I think this is what I need :
The emitter

A driver

This is 5W driver.

Reflector :

Now its the tricky part.
I can simply buy a casing with driver pill (10$ for C6, and create a single LED flashlight.
I am unable to get a casing to fit the 3LED reflector.

Even for simple single LED casings (C6 casing with driver pill) I am unable to figure out where to attach the emitter. What do I use for heatsink.
I am looking for something which totals within 40$ or so. Want to do this as a DIY (50$ can buy me a a bright chinese flashlight but I have one already).
