No, it's extremely unlikely at a local store.
This one takes CR123 batteries.
However, Walmart.com sells them thru a really overpriced 3rd party vendor.

I saw a black MAGTAC at my local naval exchange. It was squished in with the energizer, gerber and other cheapy flashlights.

Yea I seen that .....looked like a cool light but I wanted to c it in person b4 I bought it........I like the reviews but just wanted to see for myself....thanks tho
