Has anybody made a decent led thrower with the fm3h head

Anyone pull off a high power thrower able to focus a tight spot using the 3 inch turbo head from fivemega and a high power led such as sst-50, sst-90 or xml?

No but I have good results with XPG and XML LEDs using 2.5 Throwmaster.
As soon as I can get a LED inside the reflector of the 3 inch head I will do it.

KD has big reflector that fits inside 3 inch head - Der Wichtel used one with SST LED.

FM2.5" ThrowMaster has deeper parabola reflector and will serve better for tight beam.

There is a post by Dr. Jones & Ra a while ago, reflector depth doesn't increase throw, the size does, FM3H should out throw throwmaster given same led & reflector quality.
