Yeah, I have one of those too. Same problem. The trouble is the bezel pushes directly down on the LED via the optic to force the board down to complete ground. The tolerances are such that you may not be able to tighten your bezel down enough for a good ground. Try taking out the o-ring. I ended up doing some machine work on mine so that when the bezel is tightened down it contacts the outer circumference of the circuit board, more effectively forcing it against the light body for a better ground. Works much better than just pushing down on the led with the optic....
