) than a stinger XT HP?

i was thinking of getting a rechargable but with the sf 123 price drop and buying in bulk i think i might go with a sf and some sort of turbo head? i remember hearing something about a srth, what the heck is that?

comments/suggestions welcome.

The KT5 for 8AX / 8NX (110Lu)
The KT4 for M3T (125Lu/225Lu)
The KT3 for 9AN (140Lu)
The KT2 for 9P (105Lu)

The only SureFire TurboHead Lamps which may be less powerful then the Stinger XT HP are the KT1 (N1 65Lu/60min) or the T4 (N4 50Lu/40min)

The SRTH is the "Steve Ryan TurboHead". It's sold buy LPS only I believe. It's about the same size as the KT TurboHead but without the Pyrex Lens and the styled features. The SRTH is styled like a 2.5" version of the 3" T TurboHead.

Members have reported that the SRTH works best with the N2 Lamp for three SF123A models.

If you are after a rechargeable TurboHead option, I would suggest the 9AN with KT3.
Otherwise, the M3T is the my most used SF123A TurboHead model.

The SRTH from LPS on a D3 is also a great model.

The 9AN uses B90 Batteries. I have three B90s which don't hold charge and three which do.
I also have a couple B92 Batteries for the 9N which I use in my 9AN sometimes.
I really like the 9NT and 9AN-KT.

I had a problem with one back at the beginning of Dec. They told me they'ld send another. I checked about a month later & they said they were waiting on a new batch. I got it this week, so maybe they have them. The other one I have, has no problem. TX

D3, cos they're extinct now (not on SF's website). 9AN you could probably pick up in a few months time when you get the urge to buy it just to compare.

If you buy the D3 you can add an A-19 and use the MN60 225 lumens the MN61 350 lumens or the N62 500 lumens.

I love the MN60! in the T2 3" it hangs with Tigerlight. It looks like it throws about the same distance. I'll compare the two when I get the newer lamps for the TL and fresh 123s in the 12pm.
