You are right of course. It's a one of a kind Titanium TB power pak. It was lightly used with all my piston drive heads (3V)

One final related question would be is it more akin to a C-pak, or does it use a piston?

No head.

It is compatible with piston drive lights (Lunasol and McLuxIII). It is not compatible with the current offerings from Don which are E-series (Aleph) type. Of course "never say never"
