How well would an Al Z44 bezel on a nitrolon body heatsink?

So let's say you wanted to buy a Malkoff M60 but the only host you had was a G2 nitrolon and you were a little concerned about leaving it on too long and frying it. Could you buy a metal bezel for it in stead of a whole other flashlight and would it provide adequate heat sinking with the plastic body?

Thanks for your help! lovecpf

I have not reread the recommendations made by Gene on his site in quite some time. However, my recollection is that a M61 can be used w/o limitation with an aluminum bezel on a nitrolon body. And a M61L can be used w/o limit on a completely nitrolon G2.

I spoke to Mr. Malkoff just the other day regarding this matter, aluminum head and Nitrolon bodies are good to go!

I've ran my M61 219 on my G2 with a aluminum bezel for extended periods of time, more than 10 mins IIRC, and so far I have not seen any form of damage to my G2 host..
The bezel does get warm but not hot..
