Are Powertac flashlights actually made by other companies?

Someone recommended a powertac flashlight to someone on here so I decided to go check them out. I have never really heard any talk about them.

i looked at the AAA keychain light they have I think it's called the E3.

And wow. I thought it looks familiar, so I grab my thrunite keychain AAA light and sure enough it is an EXACT copy.

so is Powertac just a marketing company that rebadges other brands flashlights as their own?.

I'm curious too busseguy. I've posted ' who is copying Thrunite' in Thrunites Market Place thread and received no reply a while ago. Some other posters thought some Powertac lights look like other manufacturers too.
The more we think you know about flashlights from China, the more we don't know. Either it's marketing or companies stealing the other companies designs. I'm curious to find out.

I think they are made in the same factory. Therefore some designs are sometimes borrowed.
