looking for police lazer/what is it..who makes it

I saw it on a tv show, the police officer was showing this thing to the camera, it was about the size of a 3 D cell Mag, and the head might have been a little bigger in diameter, inside the head was a green lazer that was BRIGHT as HELL, where could i get one, if i could, probably BIG $$ though

It's probably the "Laser Dazzler", made by LE Systems Inc. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
AFAIK it still is in the proto stage...
