Is there any reason not to run a Fenix PD22 G2 with LiFePO4 RCR123's?

I have a Fenix PD22 G2, which is only supposed to use CR123A disposables, however, I tried a fully charged K2 Energy LFP123 in it and it works with no problems. Is there any legitimate reason to not use an LiFePO4 RCR123 in this light? Am I somehow damaging it without realizing it? I know that the LFP123's are only 600 mAh compared to 1500 or so mAh of a CR123, but other than that, am I doing anything wrong?

Thanks!

Just to add to this old thread since I got one recently.
On the packaging it specifically mentions "Banned" under LiFePO4 never mind not supported.

With a fully charged Tenergy I lose the difference between medium and high.
Low works and Turbo is visibly higher too.

So it becomes Low-High-High-Turbo

On a primary I can see Low-Med-High-Turbo
I'm going to run mine like this till it dies or whatever. Cant afford CR123 primaries down here.
