CLOSED. Thanks CPF!

For sale are some custom light engines for Aleph, McGizmo and Aleph based custom lights. These light engines use a new design can with an internal ground screw, unless noted otherwise. The old style can has the external ground screw. All of the light engines use a datiLED converter based on the AMC7135 IC, and require the use of a 3.7V rechargeable battery. (Primary cells will result in lower output, and may trigger the low voltage warning.) The 3S is a three level converter with a high level of either 1.4A, or 1.5A. The low and medium levels are 5% and 30% of the high level. The single level converter has a high level of 1.5A. Sometimes, bright is all that you need.

6. CREE XM-L2 6500K, U2 1C - 3S converter board with 1.5A high. $75 See #6 below for correct description.

Derek, I'd love "6. CREE XM-L2 6500K, U2 1C - 3S converter board with 1.5A high. $75" ....... but I'd need the XM-L2 shimmed with a 1mm Copper Slug in order for it to focus properly in my Aleph-3 head with a McR38. I've sent you an explanatory PM. Also, in the picture, one of your XM-L2s is described as being 5000K. This would be my preferred tint if possible.

Thank you, Derek. Paypal has been sent, BUT: it has been tagged as "pending review" as per their government regulations and policies. I have had this very same account for five years, have more than enough balance on hand, and didn't think flashlight parts warranted review. Says payment will be cleared within 72 hours. My deepest apologies for the inconvenience, and I'll understand if you would rather have immediate payment... Anyone else ever have a payment pending review?? :scowl:

I get them on a regular basis when receiving payments. The payments usually clear within a few hours. I am not sure what triggers a review, though.

All orders shipped this morning thanks to my awesome (and beautiful) wife. I had to put in an 11.5 hour day at work, and she was kind enough to go to the post office for me.
