Malkoff mdc body plus sf e1b led assembly. Any problems?

Hi all
Has anyone experienced any problems running a surefire e1b head on a 1 cr123 malkoff Mdc body? I have several spare e1b heads I would like to utilize and the mdc body would be perfect. Anyone experience battery crush with this set up? Thank you to any and all responders!

Hello neighbor :wave:

The E1B head fits and works fine on the MDC CR123 body and I don't think it fully compresses the tail spring in the MDC CR123. It is definitely snug but the head threads on easily.

Other than just testing for fit, I haven't actually used it in this configuration so I'm not sure whether there would be any long term effects on the battery.

I've got that setup. Like 880arm mine works but I've yet to EDC it. My guess is it will work just fine.
