PrincetonTec Attitude -- best lubricant?

The bezel on my PrincetonTec Attitude has become difficult to twist for ON and OFF modes. Impossible to do wearing gloves; difficult barehanded. It's hard to turn and it now squeaks. What is the best way to lube the threads and O-ring? With Vaseline or maybe Three-in-One household oil?

We just had another thread about O-ring lubes, answer seems to be Radio Shack Lube Gel. Be careful of vaseline since the petroleum attacks certain types of O-ring rubber. Don't use oil. Gets all over.
