Just picked up a Surefire LX2 Lumamax and wonder if I should get the $ 3.95 Nitecore diffuser or the $14 Surefire one. Does any LX2 owner have the Nitecore one in use ?

you know, I did not believe the F04 would fit on an LX2 so I just tried it and it actually does fit! haha
the F04 looks great on the LX2, so you may like that better and, furthermore, the beam is great with the diffuser

I finally found a retailer with an F04 in stock. For indoor use a diffused LX2 is really nice.
