how many real lumens

would 9 xml t6 get at 30 watts? and is there a chart some where that gives this info?

If you mean can you get 30wt out of 9 XML's - the answer is yes, very easy. 2 - 3 XML's can do that when properly setup.
If you mean how much lumen output would 9 XML's driven at 30wt would be - that is a little trickier to answer. Perhaps 4000otf or so I'd guess. But lots of factors effect that output.

yeah trying to figure how many lumens its putting out. kinda wondering why they didnt drive the xmls harder or use less leds.seems like a waste of leds

30W for 9 LEDs means 3,33W each. According to this chart:

Each emitter should produce about 420lm. 420x9= 3780 emitter lumens (and about 3000 OTF lm).

If you look at Phantom's chart, look at the same LED being driven twice as hard - it does not give twice as many lumens. More LEDs equals more efficiency from the power source, so brighter from less watts using more LEDs.

cool i do like long runtime and it does put out a lot of light
