At least the LED. This is one of the original ebay releases with the K2 TFFC, I've noticed for the past week or so it wouldn't go brighter than level 5. I was outdoors and had it on level 5, light got warm but far from hot and it shut off. I'm using AW RCR123 protected so I thought ok I guess the battery died and changed to a fresh one and still no light... that is till I turned it on, on level 1 and noticed a 1/4 of the die is dead and won't light up on any other level. Oddly, the light still gets warm like the LED is working fine. Anyone know how I can fix this? I know the K2 TFFC is long gone now and would probably swap in a XM-L, but I'm not 100% sure the driver is working too.
