CD umbilical torch replacement bulb

Hi all

Was wondering if you guys could help me here. My friend gave me a Custom Divers umbilical torch to look at for him. I have found out its the bulb that has blown. Looking on the net the replacements are around £90. I think its a 10w HID? Does anybody know of a cheaper alternative(LED converstion etc)?

I do 10w HID to LED conversions for about $240NZ (120 euro??) + shipping. So not cheaper but far superior.
Although I would think if you hunt around you would find a 10W HID for cheaper than 90 squid. I probably have a couple here if I look hard enough.
