I'm wondering If I have a round body A2, can I just get a 4 flats body to interchange it with the round body to use the same bezel and tailcap? Thanks.

Usually ... but not always
I'm not sure how much the tolerances may vary, but I have a few combinations of bezel / tube / lamp of A2's that don't seem to work well together :shrug:
